101 tips and tricks for Zombies mode is a lot of fun, but it also has tons of secrets that no one knows about. In this article, I am going to give you over100 tips and tricks for zombies mode, and then at the end, I am going to tell you about a phone that I think is going to change the world of mobile gaming.
The first tip is to play with a team. Zombies mode does get more difficult the more people you add, but only by 20% for the first two and then around 16% for the last one. So in total, a full-squad doesn't even experience twice (1.67%) as many zombies as a solo player giving a full team a huge advantage. When you first start off in round one, the most efficient way to get points is to shoot zombies twice and then melee them once. It is also more efficient to let them break the boards on the windows so that you can make more points by fixing them. Fixing windows as a team does not give you more points overall, but it does make it go faster. If you're playing on a team with multiple skill levels, it is important that your best players use their points to unlock the doors because it is likely that they will end up with more points than they can spend, while some of the less skilled players will likely struggle with points for much of the game. Once you've unlocked all the doors, the house is not that great of a place to defend. Rather, I recommend setting up your defense on the bottom left side of the map because this is where you can purchase the AK47 and type 95, which are some of the best weapons to have in zombies mode, especially if you have good skins for these guns because as I assume most of you guys know by now, better skin does more damage in zombies mode. Part of the reason why these are some of the best guns is because since they are wall guns, you can return to that spot on the map and reload them anytime you want. The one downside of being on this side of the map is that there's a lot of water which slows you down, but it also slows down the zombies. Furthermore, you can limit how much the water slows you down by sliding right before you enter the water and then jumping right before you end your slide. This prevents the game from registering that you are in water until after you finish jumping which by then you've probably almost made it all the way to the next Island. The second best place to set up a defense, in my opinion, is the bottom right side of the map because for 750 points, you can activate this spinning log trap called the flogger for exactly thirty seconds, which if timed well can kill close to a hundred zombies. But it is important to be careful with this trap, because you can also kill your own teammates. If your teammate triggers the Trap, you can still pass through it by crawling underneath it. After you get a good gun, I recommend buying the trip mine grenade on the bottom right side of the building. Grenades refresh every five seconds, making them really important for zombies mode, but specifically getting the trip mine allows you to place it every five seconds even if there are no zombies around at that time. After getting your grenade, I recommend starting to collect the seven perks. The juggernaut, which costs 2500 points, is in my opinion the most important of these perks because it almost doubles your health. After that, I recommend getting the ElectricCherry perk for 2000 points because it makes it to where you stun all of the zombies around you every time you reload your gun for two seconds. You can only activate this skill every ten seconds, but it is incredibly helpful when you are getting overwhelmed by enemies. Then I recommend getting speed cola for 3000points, which reduces your reload time to half the normal amount. If you are part of a good team that works together, then my next recommendation is to get the quick revive perk for 500. This perk is obviously worthless in solo mode and can often be a waste if you have bad teammates, but if you have good teammates then it is literally a lifesaver.
After that, the Deadshot daiquiri perk for1500 points gives you a really good aim assist. The stamina up perk for 2000 points increases your movement speed by 33%. And then lastly, double-tap beer for2,000 points increases your rate of fire. This is, in my opinion, the least effective perk because it has no effect on the raygun. These perks are always found in the same seven places, but it is randomly generated as to which perk is in each of those seven places. There are five of these perks on the main map
. One in the main building, and one in each of the buildings on the four corners of the map, and then two of them are found in the basement. In order to get to the basement, you have to fix the elevator which you can find on the balcony of the second floor of the house. In order to do this, you need to find the two repair parts that are randomly generated in the starting house on various walls and shelves. There are twelve possible locations for those parts, so it gets easier to find them the more you play zombies mode. Once you unlock the basement, I do not recommend going down there until you are at the end of a round, because otherwise, zombies will start spawning in the basement which is a much harder place to defend. The main reason to go to the basement is to get the two perks that are down there, but if you were playing on one of the raids, then you can also get some random buffs by killing this pod thing. After you've gotten at least three of the seven perks, then I would recommend starting to buy some buffs at the main house. These six buffs are incredibly powerful and you do not lose them if you die. That being said, if you work as a team, you really shouldn’t ever be dying anyway, but it is helpful to know. You can only choose three buffs so I recommend choosing up and up and attack weakness so that you do extra damage and then breakthrough for the extra hit points. These buffs start out really cheap at 200points each but then double in price each extra level you get. After you get all of your buffs to level five, then you can continue to increase their levels using this button but this gets really expensive, so
I do not recommend doing this until you have bought everything else first. Once you have a lot of the perks and buffs, you will want to start spending points at the mystery box for a chance to get the raygun. The ray gun does area of effect damage and is by far the most important weapon in zombies mode, but there is only a five percent chance of getting the ray gun in the mystery box which means that you will have to spend the850 points at the mystery box an average of 20 times to get a raygun. In survival mode, every fifth round will spawn hell dogs that have less health than normal zombies, but they are a lot faster which can make this round more difficult if you do not work together as a team. However, the last dog of this round will always drop the max ammo power-up, which replenishes all of the ammo of all of your guns. Knowing this is incredibly helpful when you have the raygun because getting those max ammo power-ups is the only way to reload your gun. So it is important for players with ray guns to time it to where they are always running out of ammo towards the end of every round that is a multiple of five. Max ammo will drop at other times as well so you don't want to only go based on this, but it is the most reliable time so you should plan accordingly. There are also other power-ups like the nuke which kills all of the zombies that are currently spawned on the map. It is of course important to time the use of this powerup to where the maximum amount of zombies are on the map when you use it, but keep in mind that all power-ups will disappear after 30 seconds so don’t wait too long. Similarly, it is best to make sure that there are a lot of zombies around when you get the insta-kill power-up because it gives your whole team fifteen seconds of infinite damage which includes damage done to bosses. Also, if you have the Electric Cherry Perk, you will notice that reloading your gun during insta-kill will kill everything around you which is pretty fun. The double points power-up gives your whole team more points for fifteen seconds so make sure to use a fast-firing weapon during that time and the death machine power-up also lasts fifteen seconds, but it only affects the one player that picks it up so keep that in mind when you see it. That being said, the bonus points, which give anywhere from 400-1500 points, also only affect one player so it is best to give this powerup to the poorest member of your team.
There are five types of zombies: I already mentioned normal zombies and hell dogs, but after that, there are the Infernos which are boss zombies. The most important thing to know when fighting the infernos is that they have two weak points; one is their head like normal and the other one in the hole in their chest. If you do too much damage to one of those weak points, they will form a cross with their arms over that area which blocks damage so it is important to switch back and forth between their two weak points. Also, it is important to note that the inferno will explode when you kill them so make sure to keep a little bit of distance. The second boss-type zombie is called the Avogadro. This enemy is made out of electricity and teleports while shooting balls of electricity. It is very important to dodge these projectiles because if you are hit by them, they will instantly take down half of your health. And then the last boss-type zombie is called the Brutus. The Brutus has really strong armor, but if you shoot him in the head enough, his helmet will fall off which makes it much easier to kill him. Is also important to dodge his charge because if he hits you, it will do a ton of damage. As you're fighting, you will notice several machines that allow you to buy coins. Initially, coins cost 500 points, but that price will go up every time you buy one in that same round. There are eight types of coins, but which coin you get is randomly generated. Here is a list of all of the coins and what they do: Invisible: become invisible for 10 seconds being ignored by zombies. Attraction: attract all zombies for 10 seconds. Sleepwalking: all zombies stop running and walk for 20 seconds.
Earthquake: stuns all zombies around you for two seconds (not boss zombies). Indolence: zombies ignore you for five seconds(doesn't affect boss zombies). Fear gaze: all zombies within the player's field of view stop moving, lasts 20 seconds. Fast movement: faster movement for 20 seconds. Anywhere but here: teleport to a random location. You'll notice that all of these abilities are centered around helping you when you are in trouble. This is especially true when you need to revive a teammate, so I recommend having a coin on you at all times for those dire situations. It is also important to note that picking up a coin from the machine while you have the ability of a previous coin still active will cancel out the effect of that previous coin, so I recommend waiting until the effects done before you pick up another one. If you are doing zombies mode for the purpose of farming for purple shards, then the most efficient way to do that is to do the heroicraid three times and then do survival mode three times, but only to round ten. After round ten begins, simply allow yourselfto get killed and start over because you will not get it any better rewards for continuingon. So this is the most efficient way to get purpleshards. And then lastly, I wanted to tell you guysabout my new phone called the Red Magic 3S. It’s developer, Nubia, sent me this phonefor free with the hope that I might talk about it in one of my videos. Which was a really smart move on their partbecause this phone is way more impressive than any other gaming phone I've ever heardof. It has a lot of the same specs that othergaming phones have like liquid cooling, a quad-core Snapdragon processor, a massivebattery, great speakers, tons of RAM and hard drive space, but in addition to that, it alsohas a 90Hz OLED display and built-in triggers, which I'm going to talk about in just a second. Furthermore, it is somehow cheaper than mostof those other gaming phones at less than $500. I'm not exactly sure how they were able tooffer better specs for a lower price, but I have a theory that it's because they areusing these influencer marketing strategies which is probably saving them a lot of moneyon marketing. But what really makes this phone better thanany other gaming phones is not its amazing specs, but rather how they have integratedgaming into this phone. When I first got this phone, it looked reallynice and performed really well just like I would expect a gaming phone should, but thenwhen I flipped this switch on the top left side of the phone, it turns the phone intoa gaming portal. In this gaming mode, the home screen and backbutton don't even exist on the phone. Rather, if you swipe from the bottom, it pullsup a ton of options unique to gaming. You'll notice on the top that it monitorsthe temperature of your phone, the speed of your internet and the speeds of both of your processors. This option allows you to boost your processors, but honestly I don't know why anyone would want to do this because they are already so fast that everything runs super smooth. This 4D shock option makes it to where your phone will vibrate when something happens in the game. Like if you’re getting shot or if you falloff of a building, but it only works on a few games right now. This next option is the most impressive thingabout this phone and the main reason I wanted to tell you guys about it. The Red Magic 3S has built-in triggers, sowhen you click this button it allows you to program what those triggers do. So for example, in Call of Duty mobile, Imake the right trigger shoot my gun, while the left trigger activates my jump button, and then it even allows you to program this button on the back of the phone. So I have made that my crouch button so thatI can slide whenever I want. So altogether, this allows me to use fivefingers while playing, which is more than most claw players, and three of those fingersaren’t taking up part of the screen. Then if you want to get even crazier, thisoption allows you to pair the phone with one of their joystick attachments. They did not send me this attachment, butI am already planning on buying it because I am really intrigued to see how it works. I'll let you guys know in a future video. Then down here you can control your GPU fan, block msgs, block calls, take screenshots and record gameplay. And then lastly, when I was looking throughtheir website I noticed that it also has a docking station which allows you to connectan ethernet cable straight to the phone for games that we would want even faster internetspeeds. So I am definitely going to be buying that as well because as you guys can probably tell I am really excited about this phone. In fact, I'm so excited that I asked Nubiaif they were willing to do some kind of sponsorship with me because I really believe in their product.
They haven't gotten back to me yet on whether or not they could do an ongoing sponsorship, but they did give me an affiliate code so if you would like to buy this phone and want to support this channel at the same time, if you use that link to buy the phone, they will give me 3% of what you spend. So this is where it can get a little weird because you might be thinking that I am only promoting this phone to get that 3% kickback. I am not. I have been getting dozens of sponsorship offers lately and I turn down everything that I don’t believe in. I think this is an amazing phone and it is now my main phone so I give it my full recommendation. Well. That's it, guys. Hope that helps. I love Call of Duty mobile and I'm excited about covering it more. If you like my Call of Duty mobile articles, please share them if your friends so that I can get enough traction to keep covering them. Alright, guys, I’ll see you next time.
